Hell's Kitchen Season 15 aired January 15 to April 29, 2016 on Fox Network, there were 18 contestants.
The prize for the winner was a head chef position at BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas.
In Hell's Kitchen season 15, Gordon Ramsay was judge, Marino Monferrato was Maître d', Christina Wilson was sous chef for the red team and Aaron Mitrano was sous chef for the blue team.

Alan Parker was a Sous Chef from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 5 due to his inconsistency and problems on the appetiser station with risotto during service, even though he attempted to rectify the problems.
After Hell's Kitchen, Alan returned to his sous chef position at Hollywood Casino at Penn National and is currently a Business Consultant for NC LLC.
Amanda "Manda" Palomino was a Sous Chef from Atlantic City, New Jersey. She was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 14 due to her deteriorating performances but praised her for her cheerful spirit and determination in the competition.
After Hell's Kitchen, Amanda returned to her position as manager of CupKing Cafe and later moved into virtual chef services. She took part in Reality Rally 2018, a charity event and in 2020 did a number of live cookery demonstrations on Facebook.
Ariel Malone was a Country Club Chef from Hackensack, New Jersey. She was the Hell's Kitchen season 15 winner due to her confidence in the kitchen, cooking ability and her outspoken nature.
After Hell's Kitchen, Ariel took up the head chef position at BLT Steak at Bally's Las Vegas until January 2017 before moving on to other opportunities. She has had three children including twin girls.
Ashley Nickell was a Chef de Cuisine from Orlando, Florida. She was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 15 but she was allowed to keep her jacket and was praised by Gordon.
After Hell's Kitchen, Ashley opened her own restaurant Restaurant Ash in Orlando and reviews were excellent. She was looking for a new premises whilst working at Funky Monkey Bistro & Bar. She moved on to Parkview House in New York and later Bites and Bubbles. Ashley also does a number of pop up dining events.
After Hell's Kitchen, Chad became Executive Chef at Fiola before becoming briefly Executive Chef at Aldine restaurant in Philadelphia in February 2018.
Since March 2018 he has been Chef de Cuisine at SURAYA.
After Hell's Kitchen, Dannie returned to her catering business Palate that she runs with her sister. She was also Restaurant Manager at Urban Farmer Restaurant before moving to Lakehouse Restaurant as Executive Chef until October 2017. She is also a volunteer at Kitchen Cred.
Eddie Jaskowiak was a Sous Chef from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 6 due to his poor performance during the service and his lack of leadership skills.
After Hell's Kitchen, Eddie has been working on relaunching restaurants as a consultant.
After Hell's Kitchen, Frank was fired from his post in the Marines and reassigned after sexist comments regarding female marines. He has since apologised for his comments and claimed they were taken out of context. Frank is currently Chef de Partie at Boulud Sud.
After Hell's Kitchen, Hassan started his own private catering business HNR Food Services and has his own food truck The Drunken Rooster. He competed on Chopped in September 2017.
Jackie Fuchs was a Line Cook from Jersey City, New Jersey. She was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 11 due to her lack of experience, inconsistent performances but praised her progress during the process.
After Hell's Kitchen, Jackie returned to Brix Restaurant and Bar in Belleville, New Jersey where she is now Head Chef. She took part in a Hell's Kitchen pop up event in 2017.
Jared Bobkin was a Line Cook from Oak Park, Michigan. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 14 due to his lack of consistency in his performance but he was praised for his cooking ability and commitment.
After Hell's Kitchen, Jared was executive chef of Local Kitchen and Bar and later Executive Chef at Bayview Yacht Club. In February 2018 he became Head Chef at Bourbons in Brighton.
Joe Ricci was a Sous Chef from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 9 as he struggled with the dinner services despite being strong in the challenges.
After Hell's Kitchen, Joe appears to have returned to his position as a Sous Chef at Ippolito's.
After Hell's Kitchen, Kevin returned to the kitchen at Mondo Restaurant in Middletown, Connecticut and later moved to Mattabesett Canoe Club.
Kristin Barone was a Line Cook from Chicago, Illinois. She was the Hell's Kitchen season 15 runner up with a strong performance in the final and received strong words of encouragement and praise from Gordon.
After Hell's Kitchen, Kristin became a chef at Rao's Caesars Palace before becoming Chef Tournant at Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill. She later returned to Caesars Palace. Kristin is currently Executive Sous Chef at International Smoke at MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Mark Paras was a Line Cook from Anaheim, California. He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 1 due to his poor performance and lack of fight.
After Hell's Kitchen, Mark is a sous chef at Nordstrom.
Meese Davis was a College Chef from Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. She was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 15 episode 4 due to her repeated nominations and failure to communicate.
After Hell's Kitchen, Meese became a Mary Kay consultant whilst working as a real estate agent and later started selling her crafts online. Meese is currently a Chef at Personalized Touch Catering.
After Hell's Kitchen, Sherkenna returned to being a Personal Chef offering meal prep and is also a culinary instructor and cake maker.
After Hell's Kitchen, Vanessa became a festival chef for Coachella, Life is Beautiful and various food and wine festivals. She is currently a post production chef for Sony Pictures.

DeleteAriel had a natural ability to multitask that far surpassed anyone else. She would get in the groove and there has been nobody that did better in all seasons of Hell's Kitchen up to this point. Her food seemed to always taste good and she was very creative. After working 20+ years in some excellent kitchens, I would say she had a slight edge over Kristin.
