Hell's Kitchen Season 19 / Hell's Kitchen: Las Vegas aired 7th January to 22nd April 2021.

It aired on Fox Network and there were 18 contestants.

The prize for the winner was a Head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe.

This season of Hell's Kitchen was filmed in early 2019.

In this season, Gordon Ramsay was judge, Marino Monferrato was Maître d', Christina Wilson was sous chef for the red team and Jay Santos was sous chef for the blue team.

Kenneth McDuffie Kenneth McDuffie was a Private Chef from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

He was eliminated in episode 2 as he made rookie mistakes and left a big chunk of parmesan cheese in his shrimp dish.

After Hell's Kitchen, Kenneth returned to his catering company Young and Hungry Catering.

He is a Personal Chef / Executive Chef.

Kenneth has appeared on cookery segments on many TV channels and shows across America.


Eliott Sanchez Eliott Sanchez was a Private Chef from Bayonne, New Jersey.

He was eliminated in episode 2 due to a lack of confidence after he said he wasn't a better chef than his fellow nominee Drew.

He also had a lack of focus during the challenge.

After Hell's Kitchen, Eliott is still a Private Chef.

He offers catering services, dinner parties and cookery classes.

Eliott also sells fishing supplies and cookware/tableware online.


Fabiola Fuentes Fabiola Fuentes was a Line Cook from Indio, California.

She was eliminated in episode 3 due to her lack of standards, being unable to cook flatbread and due to health concerns.

After Hell's Kitchen, Fabiola became a Personal Chef.

She is also a freelance photographer.


Drew Tingley Drew Tingley was a Line Cook from Indio, California.

He left in episode 4 due to ill health after being sent to the hospital before the challenge.

After Hell's Kitchen, Drew was a Line Cook at Ard’s and has worked as a restaurant consultant.

He is an Executive Chef, Private Chef and teaches at a culinary school.

Drew is planning to release a cookbook.


Brittani Ratcliff Brittani Ratcliff was an Executive Sous Chef from Morehead, Kentucky.

She was eliminated in episode 4 after she overcooked the salmon and Nikki had to help her.

After Hell's Kitchen, Brittani returned to Aramark, where she worked as a Sous Chef and Catering Chef.

She is now Executive Chef at Aramark.

Brittani appeared on Chopped Season 54.


Peter Martinez Peter Martinez was a Sous Chef from Palisades Park, New Jersey.

He was eliminated in episode 5 during the service after he struggled on garnish.

He admitted the stress of the competition was too much for him.

After Hell's Kitchen, Peter launched food truck The Digital Food Truck.

He is also Executive Chef at the Concourse Club.


Josh Oakley Josh Oakley was an Executive Chef from Denver, Colorado.

He was eliminated in Hell's Kitchen season 19 episode 6 due to his lack of communication on garnish and serving bland mashed potatoes.

After Hell's Kitchen, Josh was Executive Chef at Avelina.

He is a Private Chef offering private dining and cooking classes.


Syann Williams Syann Williams was a Line Cook from Atlanta, Georgia.

She was eliminated in episode 7 due to her lack of experience but was praised for her personality and determination.

After Hell's Kitchen, Syann owns catering company Kravee Kitchenz.

She opened Mise En Bud, providing cannabis infused meals.


Lauren Lawless Lauren Lawless was a Private Chef from San Diego, California.

She was eliminated in episode 8 after undercooking filet mignon steak.

After Hell's Kitchen, Lauren won episode 11 of season 2 of Supermarket Stakeout on Food Network.

She returned to her catering company Flawless Cuisine.

Her company features a pink catering truck.

Lauren later appeared on Morimoto's Sushi Master and Chopped.


Adam Pawlak Adam Pawlak was an Executive Chef from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

He was eliminated in episode 9 after struggling with communication on the garnish station.

Gordon also felt he had no more room to grow.

After Hell's Kitchen, Adam opened three restaurants Egg & Flour Pasta Bar, Egg & Flour Bay View and E & F Pizzeria.

He opened his first restaurant just 5 days after filming ended.

Adam also won Best Chef Milwaukee 2019 and 2020.

He appeared on Food Networks Super Chef Grudge Match and Beat Bobby Flay.


Marc Quinones Marc Quinones was an Executive Chef from Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He was eliminated in episode 10 after refusing to take the blame when he didn't turn his stove on and for his decline in performance.

After Hell's Kitchen, Marc was Executive Chef at MÁS Tapas y Vino in Hotel Andaluz.

After this he was Executive Chef / Partner at Hotel Chaco.

Marc was a 2024 James Beard Foundation Nominee.

He is currently Director of Culinary & Chef at Ex Novo Brewing.


Jordan Savell Jordan Savell was an Executive Chef from North Richland Hills, Texas.

She was eliminated in episode 11 after she didn't step up to lead the team but she was praised for her hard work and efforts.

After Hell's Kitchen, Jordan launched her sandwich trailer Bullish Foods in January 2021.

She has since closed this and is now Sous Chef at Echo & Rig.


Nikki Hanna Nikki Hanna was a Line Cook from Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.

She was eliminated in episode 12 after losing the final black jacket challenge.

Nikki was allowed to keep her jacket and was praised by Gordon.

After Hell's Kitchen, Nikki went to work with Amber at MC Hotel in Montclair, New Jersey.

She was also CEO of YellowJacket Chefwear Inc.

Amber is currently Executive Chef at The Drowned Lands.


Amber Lancaster Amber Lancaster was an Executive Chef from Chicago, Illinois.

She was eliminated in episode 13 due to her inconsistency on serving both undercooked and overcooked food.

After Hell's Kitchen, Amber was Executive Chef at Soho House & Co from July 2019

She later became Executive Chef at Aparium Hotel Group.

Amber is currently Corporate Culinary Director for Table One Hospitality.


Cody Candelario Cody Candelario was an Executive Sous Chef from Sherman Oaks, California.

He was eliminated in episode 14 due to his lack of leadership skills and problems on the meat station.

Cody was allowed to keep his jacket and Gordon told him to reach out.

After Hell's Kitchen, Cody was a Private Chef.

A project in Aspen he was due to lead was put on hold.

He is now a culinary content creator.


Declan Horgan Declan Horgan was an Executive Chef from Washington, DC.

He was eliminated in episode 15 after coming last with 42/50 points in an elimination cook off challenge where they had to serve 5 dishes.

After Hell's Kitchen, Declan is a Private Chef, offering dining and consultation services.

He also offers cookery classes, in person and virtually.


Mary Lou Davis Mary Lou Davis was a Chef de Cuisine from San Antonio, Texas.

Mary Lou was the Hell's Kitchen season 19 runner up after being praised by Gordon.

She took her defeat graciously.

After Hell's Kitchen, Mary Lou returned to Whiskey Cake Kitchen and Bar, where she was Chef Partner.

She is now a Personal Chef.

Mary Lou is known as a cosplay chef, blogger and vlogger.


Kori Sutton Kori Sutton was an Executive Chef from Los Angeles, California.

Kori Sutton was the Hell's Kitchen season 19 winner.

After Hell's Kitchen, Kori continued to offer private chef services.

She took up the position of Head chef position at Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen Restaurant in Lake Tahoe in May 2021.

Kori launched her own salsa brand, Mama Kori Salsa.
